Your coaching program

Discover the steps of your inner transformation

CYCLE I : 8 one-hour sessions on Zoom

Step 1 : Discovering inner connection and psychoeducation

Identifying your parts and how they function

You learn to:

- observe phenomena within yourself (cognitive, emotional, sensations, memories)

- recognize and name them

- begin connecting with them.

To establish an internal connection, you learn to:

- recognize when you are blended with a part and create some separation from it

- offer an inner presence based on curiosity and compassion toward your parts

Step 2: Initial transformation of parts and integration of transformations

I guide you in connecting with the parts we have identified, in order to support their transformation.

We begin to unburden these parts—whether they carry personal or inherited loads (exiles)—and help them choose new, more pleasant, and creative ways of functioning (protectors).

A mutually beneficial relationship develops and grows between you and these parts; this allows us to begin the healing process for certain parts while supporting the transformation of others.

All of this takes place at their own pace; we may need time to ensure that the most significant—and time-consuming—healing processes can be fully completed naturally, without forcing anything.

We aim for a bi-weekly schedule for the first eight sessions if possible, followed by weekly sessions (though a bi-weekly schedule remains the ideal recommendation). This ensures frequent contact to support what unfolds between sessions and allows the transformation process to make tangible progress for you.

At the start of Cycle I, your attention is directed outward 100% of the time; you are reactive, lack perspective, and seek solutions externally.

By the end of Cycle I, you have discovered your living inner system and begun to trust your subtle perceptions; you have experienced states of being both blended and unblended, and have developed curiosity about yourself and your internal mechanisms. You are calmer and less anxious. You spend more time within and with yourself. You have identified your primary internal mechanisms (parts, conflicts, and sequences). You have supported the transformation of some of your key defense mechanisms by liberating the vulnerable parts they keep at a distance. It is a cycle of deep introspection and initial transformations.

CYCLE II : 8 one-hour sessions via Zoom

Establishing reflexes for inner connection and continuing the transformation of your parts.

Ideally on a bi-weekly basis.

The goal of Cycle II is to repair severed internal connections—moving from mistrust and distance to trust and an alliance between the Self and your parts—in order to support the transformation of the parts that need it. I continue to guide you in encountering your parts through direct experience, to support their liberation. You no longer talk about your parts; you speak to them directly.

The aim is to foster a reciprocal relationship within yourself, as this is what enables healing.

We will support the transformation of any part of you that :

- is suffering,

- is in conflict with another part,

- is afraid and resisting a situation (the "Manager"),

- reacts in response to a situation (the "Firefighter")

We work based on your lived experience and what is present for you in the moment. Nothing is imposed; the process is fluid, respecting your pace and your life, starting exactly where you are.

It is a cycle of profound transformation that brings lasting change to how you experience yourself and how you relate to others and the world.

Following Cycle II :

You have established a relationship with yourself and your system in your daily life: you experience yourself as multifaceted and remain in contact with your parts every day.

We have supported the transformation of the key parts that were previously in extreme roles, and your system is now more cooperative and harmonious.

You are now capable of independently sensing your parts' needs and offering them your attention and support. You continue to nurture these inner connections.

You know how to recognize when it is time to seek guidance to support new parts requiring release, at which point you reach out to me for a cycle of three sessions.

However, if you feel that these new habits of connection are still fragile, or if you doubt your ability to function independently in your relationship with yourself and your parts, then it is advisable to continue with a new cycle of eight sessions.
