The goal of one on one sessions is to resolve a situation in which you feel stuck or which is causing you difficult emotional, cognitive, and/or behavioral reactions.

You learn to reconnect with yourself, you become your own ally, you gain security and inner peace, you access your inner resources, and you see the situation evolve on its own, with renewed confidence and calm.

You learn to develop a new way of relating to your doubts, stress, and rumination, which become messengers for your growth rather than inner enemies.

You change your relationship with yourself, and that changes everything.

This takes trust, patience and curiosity.

You will be asked to make your second payment of €480 before your 5th session.


I will guide you through cycles of 8 one on one weekly sessions initially, and/or bi-monthly sessions thereafter, each lasting one hour via Zoom, to explore and better understand your inner system (Protective Parts, Self, Exiled Parts).

My role is to help you support the transformation of your parts yourself, with trust and compassion, and at your own pace.


You will then receive a recording of each of your sessions by email, to deepen and facilitate the integration of the insights and changes experienced during the sessions.

Once you have watched the recording, we will have a follow-up email exchange to support your further exploration and integration.


Choose a first appointment time that suits you, and you can schedule the remaining 7 appointments after our first session, when we discuss pace.


It is highly recommended that you have a good audio-microphone system. Sound quality is essential for this type of online work, which involves the unconscious and emotional realm.
