Together, we explore the parts of you which are active. You are guided to get to know them better and appreciate them for what they try to achieve for you.
You discover this space within you, filled with natural compassion, curiosity and clarity: your Self. Self offers its unconditional presence and heals internal wounds.
If you are not yet very familiar with your inner system (wounds and defense mechanisms), IFS is a great model to learn to navigate your inner territory with safety, and train yourself to relate to these different aspects of yourself, ones that you like and ones you are afraid or ashamed of. The disconnection with our inner parts leads to confusion, fear and coping mechanisms that are usually out of our control. Learning to connect with these sub personalities allows us to harmonize our inner system, leading to more clarity, resources, calm and compassion for ourselves and others. We learn to meet our parts and help them transform, rather than avoid them, shut them down or be led by their roles and/or burdens.
IFS one on one sessions are explorations of your inner world: your psyche. This process requires both our commitment, since navigating this space is sacred.
You can come with your curiosity, but my experience has shown me it isn't enough. More precisely, your reflecting upon your willingness to ask for guidance is essential.
What are you looking for ? What is this call inside of you ? What is your intention ? This phase of the work is preparation. Taking the time to journal, to go inside and start listing reactions, behaviors and habits you wish to clarify et support transforming. What do they prevent you from experiencing and which ones of your qualities and aspirations do they limit ? There is not one answer, but more of an introspection space to open within you, in order to fully feel what you are experiencing or not, and the degree of insatisfaction or pain this deeply creates in you.
Once this preparation phase is achieved, and it will be renewed before each session, you can share the essence of it with me and we will have a talk about me guiding you with IFS.
Then, what about the regularity of the IFS coaching ? What rhythm will best support your inner system ? This will depend upon your awareness of your needs and you call for transformation.
Some people are looking for non specific personal development quest , some others have already identified some controlling, reactive, rigid and automatic parts that seem not to be functioning in the present, but in the past. Sometimes even other parts that suffer.
The more you'll be clear on your intention for this work, without control nor expectations, but with a good enough clarity, the more your explorations will be fruitful and inner transformations available with ease. Preparation is good for your protectors.
If you've just started this relationship to yourself in the presence of your multiplicity, I advise you to start with a weekly pace for 2 months. You'll be able to install new habits of inner connection that will help the transformation of your most active parts.
The goal of IFS is the practice of presence, not the disappearing of aspects of yourself that you don't like or that hurt you. Because presence heals. We have avoided long enough what is unpleasant and limiting within ourselves, and we know it doesn't create real change in the long run, only more dissociation and guilt-inducing reactivity.
One day or another, each individual comes to this threshold where he or she can embrace the whole responsibility of his/her personal becoming. When this days arises, please honor and celebrate it, because it is the beginning of a new adventure: the return home to You.

Recordings of your sessions are designed to help you deepen your inner experiences. Watching them in the following 2 days after your session allows you to still be in this special space and energy of inner focus, and to harvest new realizations that will lead you even further.
Finally, please be aware of the importance of the integration phase that follows each of your session. Changes that happen during sessions, along with your insights, need to be integrated in your daily life, if you want them to last.
