I will guide you during one-hour sessions, on Zoom, with IFS, to help you explore and support your inner system (protective parts, exiles and Self).

I am here to support you support the transformation of your parts, with confidence and compassion, and at their pace.

You get the replay of your sessions afterward, to deepen and integrate the changes that occurred during the sessions more easily.

A good audio headset with microphone is warmly advised, for the quality of the sound is paramount in this type of work (we don't want to have you repeat what you say, when you are in your wonderful inner world)
